Dubbo Lean Network

Manufacturing Learning Australia in collaboration with Lean Australia is establishing a network of enterprises in the Dubbo region, under the NSW Dept of State and Regional Development's Stepping Up program. The network runs for four months starting in February 2008, and is limited to 25 members.

The members of our network in Orange in 2007 achieved improvements in productivity - up to 60% in some cases; reduction in Work In Progress; reduced lead time and significant culture change.
