The registration information you are asked to provide is being collected by Manufacturing Learning Australia (MLA) a not-for-profit company that works to enhance productivity in the manufacturing industries by promoting a learning culture across all occupational groupings and by helping develop and recognise workforce skills. We work with employers, employees, unions, training providers, industry training advisory boards, group training companies, New Apprenticeship Centres and government. MLA promotes networking and partnership alliances where possible.

Your contact details may be used to send you information which we believe is relevant to careers, recruitment, training and networking in these industries. Your details may be given to third parties who we believe have a legitimate interest in supporting these goals, for example Registered Training Organisations.

Personal information collected by MLA is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Personal information is information relating to an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion provided.We endeavour to adhere to the guidelines developed by the Australian Privacy Commissioner for Government websites. In particular, we endeavour to comply with the 11 Information Privacy Principles established under section 14 of the Privacy Act 1988.
